Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Mana Chamber ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Mana Chamber is a fan-made Commander deck-building tool. We aim to collect as little as possible: we do not use advertising, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking.
Information you give us
- Account details: your email address, a public screen name, and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text.
- Profile: an optional avatar image and short bio, if you choose to add them.
- Your decks: the decks you build and save, including their names and card lists. Decks are private by default; you choose if and when to make one public.
Information collected automatically
To keep the Service secure and available, our infrastructure processes your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, including the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check shown on sign-up. We do not use this information to build advertising or marketing profiles.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in after you log in. It is strictly necessary for the Service to work and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you clear it or log out, you will need to sign in again.
How we use your information
- to create and maintain your account and let you sign in;
- to save your decks and profile and to display public decks under your screen name;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems;
- to respond to you if you contact us.
Service providers
The Service runs on Cloudflare, which provides hosting, our database, and the Turnstile bot check. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf as needed to operate the Service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Card and community data shown in the app come from Scryfall, EDHREC, and Commander Spellbook (see Credits & data sources). We fetch data from those sources; we do not send them your personal information.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers above, or where required by law. If you make a deck public, its contents and your screen name become visible to anyone who views it.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account details and the decks associated with it. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited time before being overwritten.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time, change which decks are public, and delete your account from your profile page. If you would like a copy of your data or have a privacy request, contact us using the details below.
Children
Mana Chamber is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your account with hashed passwords and serve the Service over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
